Mark’s recruiting career began in 2011, a disruptive period for IT as infrastructure convergence exploded. During the course of his tenure, Mark has filled over 100 Executive and Individual Contributor searches in the areas of Cloud, Cyber Security, Storage, Networking, Compute and Virtualization. The diverse exposure provides Mark with the crucial insight needed to lead Pinpoint to success placing top cybersecurity talent.
As Co-Founder and Head of Candidate Recruitment, Amy’s role is devoted to recruiting top talent on behalf of Pinpoint’s clients. Along with her expertise, Amy’s empathy is a key driver in her mission to consult with candidates as they look to advance their careers. As Pinpoint continues to expand, she will be coaching and mentoring the new additions to Pinpoint’s recruiting team.
Amy started her recruiting career in 2006, placing Executive Leadership in the Consumer Packaged Goods market. Transitioning into IT staffing in 2007, she has built a specialty in Storage, Networking, Compute, Virtualization and Cloud Infrastructure. Amy has successfully filled over 150 searches spanning Sales and Marketing Leadership, Sales, Channel Sales, Pre Sales and Post Sales Engineering across Federal, Public Sector and Commercial markets in North America.
Christina Tchividjian joined Pinpoint Search Group as Director of Operations in 2021. Her 20-year tenure in the IT recruitment industry, along with repeated success building systems and processes, will add substantial value to Pinpoint’s goal of rapid organizational growth.
Christina began her career in the IT recruitment industry in 2000. She started on the administrative side of the business, building organizational strategies for several boutique recruiting firms. Over the course of her tenure, Christina has led efforts in the areas of support, research, and operations. Her expertise and execution of these functions have been instrumental in adding efficiencies and driving revenue production.
Steve is an executive leader with a background spanning numerous industries and companies of differing scales and scopes. He has held board and C-suite positions with several organizations.
Steve founded Princeton Capital Ventures in 2018, to pursue his passion of advising and mentoring startups and growth stage companies. To date, Steve has advised firms in the fields of life sciences, medical devices, SaaS, professional services, and AR/VR recreational technology. His areas of expertise include executive strategy, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate budgeting, cash flow forecasting, legal and tax planning, and HR/employment law.
Steve holds active licenses as both an Attorney and a CPA. He received his BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University, and J.D. and MBA degrees from Temple University.
