Amy started her recruiting career in 2006 and transitioned into IT staffing in 2007, building a specialty in storage, networking, compute, virtualization and cloud infrastructure. She has successfully filled over 150 searches spanning sales leadership, channel sales, pre-sales and post-sales engineering across federal, public sector and commercial markets in North America. Her empathy drives her mission to consult with candidates as they advance their careers.

Stephanie is a results-driven operations and client strategy leader with 15+ years scaling teams, improving performance and driving revenue across high-growth industries. She brings expertise in sales leadership, operational execution and client retention from senior roles across SaaS, proptech and marketplace platforms. She holds dual degrees in Communications and International Studies from Penn State.

Steve is an executive leader with board and C-suite experience across numerous industries. He founded Princeton Capital Ventures in 2018 to advise startups and growth-stage companies in life sciences, medical devices, SaaS and professional services. He holds active licenses as both an Attorney and a CPA, with a BS in Accounting from Penn State and J.D./MBA degrees from Temple University.
