With the cyber security vendor community exploding with innovation and VC funding, the demand for our recruitment services has increased dramatically. To meet the demand, we doubled our employee headcount in North America in 2021, however we were still unable to fully address the needs of our clients when it came to filling searches globally.
While the investment in recruitment talent provided the resources needed to fulfill our clients’ needs in North America, we were saying no when those same clients asked for help filling searches internationally, we don’t like saying no to our customers. When the opportunity presented itself to connect with Matt at FiveSix, I jumped on it.
We got tired of saying no to our customers and we took action. Through a strategic partnership with FiveSix Partners, a U.K.-based specialist cybersecurity recruitment company, Pinpoint now has capacity and regional expertise that will ensure open headcount in EMEA is expertly filled.
Instead of having to partner with multiple recruitment firms, our customers will benefit from a single point of contact, a consistent level of service and quality candidates throughout the recruitment process.
