The Pinpoint research team scours the market for qualified candidates.

Candidate Shortlist

Pinpoint presents vetted and qualified candidates. Along with resumes, a summary indicating a match score, compensation details and additional relevant context is submitted for review.

Offer Stage

Pinpoint ensures the expectations of both parties are in line and brokers a successful close.

Initial Qualification

Candidates are interviewed and qualified prior to being presented to hiring managers.

Communication & Feedback

Pinpoint coordinates the scheduling and feedback loop between the hiring manager and candidate; placing an emphasis on clear and open communication.
